Slipperfield self catering cottages are situated on the A702 trunk road from Abington (off the M74) to Edinburgh, just 1.25 miles south of West Linton village, which has shops and other facilities. Click here for map information. Access is possible by air (Edinburgh/Glasgow), ferry (Rosyth/Newcastle) and train (Edinburgh) and a car is essential. Edinburgh is an easy drive of over half an hour, and Glasgow is further taking over an hour. Peebles is 15 miles away, Biggar 10 miles.
