LOCH COTTAGE, once a gamekeeper's cottage, is a lovely romantic site, with splendid views over Slipperfield Loch. In 1929 Slipperfield House was built onto it, with Loch Cottage however remaining completely self-contained.
It has been tastefully modernised, sleeps up to 4 people, in one pretty twin bedroom downstairs, and one double bedded room up some fairly steep stairs, with a truly commanding view over the loch.
These stairs might not be suitable for everyone, and also due to the close proximity of the loch, young children might not be safe. The bathroom, kitchen and sitting/dining room are all downstairs on the same level with no steps.
Linen
and towels may be hired. There is full oil central heating and as in
America Cottage everything has been thought of to make this a most
relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable, beautiful place to stay.
